This I Believe: Addiction

For years my family has been addicted to many different things, many fuck they were addicts before it really messed them up but other(a)s werent so lucky. I have seen my family go through a plant of addictions like alcohol, drugs, and even sex, but most of them only had hotshot addiction. My dad however has many addictions and they all started with alcohol. Every pinch I went to his house he was everlastingly high on something whether it was weed, cocaine, ecstasy, or something else. Or even when we went to one of his friends, he would numerate me to watch T.V. and go into the other room to do something. He was always drinking too, he would drink and drive and never cared most the safety of others or me. When I was about 12 or 13 years old we were over at his friend Roberts eating dinner that Robert and his girlfriend Amanda vex for us. I got a call from my mom asking me where I was and that she was waiting at my grandmas to pick me up. The cops called her and told her that my dad was sick, mentally and physically and I shouldnt be around him. Amanda took drove me over to my grandmas.

During the backing up home, my dad kept texting me he said things like you shun me and you never stick up for me and many other things.
